I decided to change things up this year! Instead of planting Sunflowers for Spring pictures, I went with Larkspurs. They are in full bloom, and are absolutely gorgeous. I work around my schedule on the Ambulance, so DM me for booking information 🙃

For those who do not know me personally, or for future clients: I only do Photography on my days off, or on weekends. I work on the Ambulance full time as a Paramedic. This year makes 18 years now. Paramedicine is what pays my bills, and what I am obliged to. Photography is what allows me balance between the two. Photography brings me happiness and joy. While I LOVE being a Paramedic and doing what I was meant to do, I don’t encounter beautiful things like I do with Photography. I encounter death on a daily basis, traumatic scenes, sadness and grief. As a Paramedic, I don’t deal with happiness. I deal with sick people, dying people, and scenes that will leave you scarred forever. Photography is my balance between my job, and my passion on the side. It’s the complete opposite with Photography. Every session I do involves something beautiful and happiness everyday. And instead of being there on the worse day of someone’s life, I get to be there for the best days. A wedding, birth, graduation, or any other life changing event. My Photography business allows me to put away the trauma for a while, pick up my camera, and see happiness. I am so blessed that I have 2 of the best jobs in the world that I get a front row seat to peoples lives and hearts. Thank you to my clients for allowing me to do what I love to do, and for recommending me when others are looking for a Photographer for an event.
