🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨

I will no longer be posting images of young children without pixilation on their faces or at all on my photography page.

The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

I refuse to be a part of the problem. If our government and laws aren’t going to protect children from what AI can do with their images, then I will do my part to protect them.

Will this affect my business?

Maybe, but I don’t care because I am still going to offer family photoshoots, I just will no longer post your child’s faces.

The safety of children and my clients will ALWAYS come first. Thank you for trusting me with your babies and their photos. 💗

I’m not longer accepting any sessions the rest of this year.
I planned to have availability in October, but I have developed pregnancy carpal tunnel and unfortunately it’s getting harder and harder to use my camera.

If you are currently booked with me, that won’t change- & if it needs to I will reach out directly .

We are welcoming our boy sometime in November!

So, I will be back in swing in the spring!
