who says your wedding day has to be just the two of you?

let me be brutally honest real quick.

if there’s a heartbeat that matters to you, it matters to me too. dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, farm babies, all of it. they are part of your everyday life, your comfort, your family, your story. why would they not be part of the moments we freeze forever?

one of my sweet couples brought their puppy to their elopement, and watching that little soul sit beside them after they said i do and celebrated
just did something to me. it wasn’t just cute. it was real. it was them.

i have the biggest heart for animals. i’m patient. i’m calm. i let them exist as they are. i will crouch down, get on their level, make the sounds, wait for their trust, and capture the in between moments that feel like home.

and this goes for every session friends. just your babies. weddings. engagements. maternity. just because.

if they’re yours, they’re welcome in front of my lens.

There is something about black and white that makes you feel everything.

No distractions. No noise. Just emotion.

Elopements carry a different kind of magic, and a sweet spot in my heart. I met Nataly and Tony very quickly before this day, and yet it felt like I had known them so mych longer. They are two of the sweetest souls I am so happy to have met.

Congratulations, you two. Your love is so powerful and sweet. 🤎🎞️🌾

a little romance gothic. a little subtle Stephen King. a quiet nod to “The Shining” energy we loved so much.

Jasmine and Jordan understood the vision from the very beginning and brought it to life so effortlessly. watching this frame land in print feels surreal.

i’ve been a busy gal starting this new year, but i wanted to pop in, bless your feed, and give a little update 😉💜

i want to give a little introduction for Raven Hyers, because wow. i had the honor of photographing her alongside her painting titled “The Great I Am,” and this piece deserves a long moment.

“The Great I Am” is powerful, grounding, and deeply intentional. it speaks to identity, divinity, and presence. it’s about knowing who you are at your core, standing in that truth, and honoring the higher power within and around you. every detail feels layered with meaning, emotion, and quiet strength.

i truly love this piece so much. it’s one of those works that makes you pause, feel, and reflect, and capturing it through my lens was such a beautiful experience. Raven’s art is something special, and i’m so grateful i got to be part of telling this story 💙🦁

Lauralee and Nick were one of the very first couples to trust me, and their wedding was one of my earliest days behind the lens. now after all this time, their love is part of my 𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚢 𝚏𝚒𝚛𝚜𝚝 𝙼𝙰𝙶𝙰𝚉𝙸𝙽𝙴 𝙵𝙴𝙰𝚃𝚄𝚁𝙴 and my first time being a 𝚙𝚞𝚋𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚑𝚎𝚍 𝚙𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚘𝚐𝚛𝚊𝚙𝚑𝚎𝚛! 🎞️🌄💫

As January is coming to a close, I can’t help but feel so grateful for doing what I love, for the incredible last year I’ve had, and for all the magic this year holds. ✨🤎🌾 What started years ago when my mom gifted me her old camera to experiment with, that I occasionally took on trips and had many photoshoots with all the farm animals, has now grown into something far greater than I could have imagined! 🌿📸

I’m still learning, growing, and embracing each day with grace. 🌙🍂 Finding my artistic voice wasn’t easy, but after a long journey, I finally feel in tune with what truly fits my style. 🖤🌾 Never would I have imagined that in my first year I’d capture so many weddings and events, gain the trust of amazing couples, make lifelong friends, travel, and pour my heart into my work. 🌻✨

I’m endlessly excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to see where this journey takes me next. 🌙🖤🌿
