Who got to watch the Northern Lights Friday night? I missed some of the brightest parts of the show with the aurora directly overhead (!), but managed to get a quick timelapse at Kennebunk Plains before some clouds rolled in. Incredible to see such bright aurora in southern Maine

Weird year for foliage! It had been a few years since I ventured out to Cherry Pond, and I was psyched to make it out for sunset and find some good color around Jefferson last week. I've been out here many times over the years, but stepping out into this view never loses it's impact- incredible!!

So excited to see some of the photos from last fall starting to be shared! We spent around 2 weeks traveling between Rangeley and Millinocket chasing the foliage, this was probably my favorite photo of the entire trip. Can't wait to get this printed big!

Haven't posted much here lately- but I wanted to share a project that I'm extremely proud to have worked on with Pamola Creative for Visit Maine, showcasing the incredible natural resource of Maine's dark skies. We're lucky to have some of the darkest skies in the country right here in Maine, and I hope that's something that's protected for generations to come.

It seems like every night I spend under the night sky here in Maine feels like "the best night I've had".
