After the last long 6 months(that's for another post).... I'm back, and I was more than excited to kick that off by shooting a surprise engagement!

A little back story, we've known Bear and his family for YEARS. We actually used to be duplex neighbors with his family and grew quite close over the 15ish+ years we've known them! So you can only imagine how excited I was when Bear reached out and told me he was ready to pop the question to Ella! I immediately said yes and what do you need from me?

We spent Sunday morning out at Dorothy Carnes East County Park and subtly did simple shots, leaving Ella to believe this was just a simple couples shoot Bear had planned. Little did she know!

We got down to the lake, I positioned them and gave Bear a subtle wink that it was go time and the rest is history...

I genuinely believe God puts these special people in your lives when you need them the most, and the Deavers are some of them. I cannot wait to see the next step in yours and Ella's future. God is so good.

Colors are beginning to change. There's a crispness in the air that can only mean one thing. It's time for some golden hour family sessions!

I have the following October dates available:

10/18 5pm
10/19 5pm
10/20 5pm
10/25 5pm
10/27 5pm

Family sessions are up to 90 minutes long & are $250. All edited shots will be returned via flashdrive with full rights to print. Half down deposit is required prior to session to lock in the date and time, with the remaining amount due day of as well as a signed contract will be required. Payments can be sent via venmo or cash drop-off.

This has been the summer of bouquets from Elizabeth's garden she planted this spring... it'll be bitter sweet when that Wisconsin fall comes thru & we stop having weekly arrangements in the house. 💐
