Every wedding is a privilege. It is an honor to capture the moments that tell the story of a couple’s wedding day, the beginning of their forever and another chapter in their love story.
This wedding, however, was layered with an extra measure of meaning.
The beautiful bride was once one of the flower girls in my own wedding. My precious niece. And, in a sweet full-circle moment, she was married on Jon’s and my wedding anniversary.
It was an incredibly beautiful day. From the radiant bride and the dapper groom to the breathtaking florals, exceptional venue and weather you couldn’t have special ordered any better, every detail came together perfectly. But what made the day truly unforgettable wasn’t just how beautiful it looked—it was the people and the moments that made it meaningful.
I am so honored to have been the one behind the camera, preserving those moments for them to look back on for years to come.
It’s hard to believe my flower girl is now a bride. Watching her step into this new season was such a gift, and I couldn’t be happier for her and Matt. It was a day I’ll always be grateful I got to witness, not only as their photographer, but as her aunt.
