Yesterday I visited Babler State Park to take some headshots, and was able to spend a little bit of time exploring the park and photographing fall colors. If you're in the Saint Louis area, Babler is definitely worth a visit.

Side note...I suck at posting to social media. I'm going to do my best to share more content! I can't believe my last post had snow in it.

Living on the edge!!

I got to swing by Bothwell Lodge State Historic Site last week with snow still lingering around. It's a beautiful mansion built on a cliff. I've photographed it before from a low angle making it look like a castle on a hill, but this aerial angle gives you a better appreciation for just how close to the edge the lodge was built.

We had such a fun time photographing with Mary, Matt, and Jolene. I've always thought Bernese Mountain Dogs were a beautiful breed, and Jolene is a fantastic example. She has goofy personality, but you can tell she feels it's her job to protect her family.

Make sure if you are having photos taken, you include the four legged members!
