Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Jacki Seversen- our feature representing employee benefits for TRICOR Insurance.

Jacki’s career began in healthcare as an optician, where her passion for people and problem-solving quickly led her into labor relations and healthcare negotiations. She worked alongside organizations such as Janesville Medical Center/Mercy Clinic East, UAW, and MercyCare, building a strong foundation in understanding both employer and employee needs experience that naturally guided her into the insurance industry.
Jacki went on to support MercyCare as a labor representative before transitioning to an independent agent role, where she spent 23 years building trusted relationships and advocating for clients. She now brings that expertise to TRICOR Insurance.

Deeply rooted in the Rock County community, Jacki serves as a Forward Janesville Ambassador and is active with the BID Board and AHA Rock County Hard Hats with Heart. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, their two sons and grandchildren, relaxing at the cabin, fishing, gardening, and spending time with her dogs, Gus and Jaq.

Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Sarah Jane Ahrens, representing the vintage home décor and creative retail industry through Love & Dirt Roads.

Inspired by the family farm and barn of her grandparents in rural Minnesota, Sarah created Love & Dirt Roads as a way to carry those memories forward and share them with others. What began as a love for farmhouse style, vintage finds, and meaningful spaces grew into a small business rooted in nostalgia, creativity, and home.
Through her shop and booth spaces at the Best of Janesville and Best of Beloit Vintage Malls, Sarah brings together pieces that feel warm, lived-in, and full of story. For her, it’s never just about décor — it’s about the feeling of home, family traditions, and the memories tied to the places that shape us.

Outside of business, Sarah continues to find inspiration in simple living, meaningful connection, and the beauty found down old dirt roads.

Kevin runs Boomerang Home Rentals and has spent the last 12 years creating high-quality housing solutions in the greater Janesville area. Recognizing that Janesville lacked comfortable, reliable options for business professionals, executives, and families needing more than a hotel stay, he built a business focused on fully furnished and traditional rental homes designed for both short- and long-term living.
Through Boomerang Home Rentals, commercial investing, and KRS Investments, Kevin provides spaces that are safe, well-maintained, and dependable—places people can truly feel at home.
Outside of business, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, along with golf, CrossFit, bass fishing, hunting, and traveling to Florida with family.

Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Marshall with Impulse Printing & Promotions, representing the printing and promotions industry.

Dave has spent his entire adult life in printing, building a career rooted in both craftsmanship and business leadership. Before opening his own company, he worked in every aspect of the industry—from assembling film for plates and graphic design to producing color scans, running presses, and making plates. That hands-on experience gave him a unique perspective and the foundation to successfully grow his business for nearly 30 years.

As owner of Impulse Printing & Promotions, Dave oversees purchasing, production, brand development, and daily operations while continuing to build strong client relationships and exceed customer expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, digital art, and spending time with family and friends.

Welcome to The Leadership Collective — David Warren representing the community service industry through the Janesville Noon Rotary Club.

Dave has been a dedicated member of the Janesville Noon Rotary Club for over 25 years, part of a global network through Rotary International focused on service, connection, and goodwill. Locally, the club meets every Monday at noon at Rotary Botanical Gardens.

A former owner of Dave’s Ace Hardware in Milton and Evansville, Dave has spent decades serving his community. He’s volunteered as an EMT, served as a municipal judge, and helped launch Kids Against Hunger in Rock County—providing over 10 million meals worldwide since 2008.

Outside of service, Dave enjoys traveling with his wife Lori, spending time with their adult daughter, cooking, and exploring Wisconsin supper clubs. A former pilot, he brings that same sense of curiosity and adventure into this season of life.
