Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Matthew Sigmund representing the automotive repair industry through Centerway Auto.

With 39 years in the automotive business and more than a decade as an owner, Matt turned a lifelong interest in cars into a career helping people with their automotive needs. He always envisioned owning his own shop, and in 2014, that goal became a reality.

Centerway Auto is a full-service automotive repair shop, handling everything from routine oil changes to major engine repairs. Matt and his team pride themselves on being thorough, taking the time to get to the root of a problem and find the right solution for every customer. With a friendly, family-business atmosphere, they proudly serve customers throughout Janesville, Rock County and beyond.

Outside the shop, Matt is a family man who enjoys fishing and cheering on the Packers. He and his wife Karen have been happily married for 36 years and have two children and four grandchildren.

Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Nikki Tietz
Nicole “Nikki” Tietz, representing the wellness industry through NorthStar Massage Therapy & Essentials and The Sol Sanctuary Wellness Center in Janesville.

Nikki is an entrepreneur and licensed massage therapist whose personal leap into a new career has grown into something much bigger. As founder of NorthStar and co-founder of The Sol Sanctuary, she has expanded her practice, built a team, and helped create a collaborative space where both clients and wellness practitioners feel supported.

For Nikki, leadership isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about trusting your vision, staying open to growth, and having the courage to keep building something you believe in.

Outside of work, Nikki loves traveling, hiking, exploring spirituality and natural medicine, and getting lost in a good murder mystery. She’s also a wife, stepmom, and proud mama to two dogs and two cats.

Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Nataly Chavez representing the mortgage industry through Sauk Valley Bank.

Beginning a mortgage career during the COVID-19 pandemic was anything but ordinary. With historic low interest rates and an unprecedented housing market, Nataly quickly learned the importance of adaptability, problem-solving, and guiding clients through one of life's biggest milestones. That unique experience shaped a career built on helping individuals and families navigate the homebuying process with confidence.

Today, Nataly is passionate about educating buyers and reminding them that while interest rates may change, the right home is a long-term investment. Whether assisting first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners, her focus is always on making the mortgage process clear, supportive, and personalized.

Outside of work, Nataly enjoys spending time with her daughter, Valerie, and their playful puppy, Lucy. She also loves great coffee, traveling, bike rides, ice skating, and making memories with family and friends.

Outside of her practice, Myra is a lifelong learner with a passion for history, architecture, design, and the arts. Welcome to The Leadership Collective — Jacki Seversen- our feature representing employee benefits for TRICOR Insurance.

Jacki’s career began in healthcare as an optician, where her passion for people and problem-solving quickly led her into labor relations and healthcare negotiations. She worked alongside organizations such as Janesville Medical Center/Mercy Clinic East, UAW, and MercyCare, building a strong foundation in understanding both employer and employee needs experience that naturally guided her into the insurance industry.
Jacki went on to support MercyCare as a labor representative before transitioning to an independent agent role, where she spent 23 years building trusted relationships and advocating for clients. She now brings that expertise to TRICOR Insurance.

Deeply rooted in the Rock County community, Jacki serves as a Forward Janesville Ambassador and is active with the BID Board and AHA Rock County Hard Hats with Heart. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, their two sons and grandchildren, relaxing at the cabin, fishing, gardening, and spending time with her dogs, Gus and Jaq.
