It’s time to hang up the camera. It’s been 6.5 years of capturing so many beautiful memories, but this season of life has pushed me to close a chapter I’ve been insanely grateful for. As many know, I have a new role as HR Manager at U.S. Bank Stadium that requires some weekends. It’s been a dream come true but pairing that with a need for more family time requires me to make some tough decisions. I cannot thank those of you who trusted me for incredible moments including births, weddings, and state championship games. When I moved to Minnesota, you sent referrals, volunteered to come to me, or paid for me to come back to North Dakota. I built this business from the ground up and I never expected it to be as successful as it was. It’s been amazing, it really has. I have a few more sessions and a wedding to wrap up, so I'm not done QUITE yet, but I won't be scheduling any more sessions going forward.

For a little bit of housekeeping: please double check you have your images downloaded. It does cost me to keep Pixieset up so I will be closing it down at the end of the year. For as long as I can I will keep your images on my computer.

Nicole + Brandon // Engagement

THESE TWO! Ahhhh! Nicole and I worked together at Edgewood Jamestown and she was actually the first person I ever managed. She has the most contagious presence and I was so excited when she reached out asking if I'd be willing to shoot their wedding in October 2022. We picked today as an engagement session date a few months ago - I literally thought it was going to be snowing, but we were blessed with 55 degree weather. Thanks for meeting me in the cities, lovebirds! So good to see you!

We had the most beautiful light today for Josh's senior session! Josh's mom is my kiddo's daycare provider so this was super fun to get to know him and his girlfriend Brooke a little more!

How lucky am I to have clients from Jamestown so willing to come get their senior pictures done in Minnesota.

What a blast with Claire and her mom tonight! We had extra bonding time when I lost my keys in 3ft tall grass so we traveled together until we could come back and search. Claire was the lifesaver who found them before it hit dark! Whew.

These two, I tell ya. It was so good to be back in Jamestown this past weekend celebrating two of the most genuine people I know.

McKaela decided last minute to rock the jump suit the whole day instead of just the reception - and lemme tell you, she killed it!
