Aside from the expertise and knowledge about what I do from posing (or un-posing as I like to call it) to whether I want to use natural light, or use my own, to how to get the toughest person to crack a smile, I'm there with you EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Fro

m the moment you call, I'm already figuring out your likes, dislikes, colors you need to vibe with, what's your BEST session for YOU? We can have our official planning meeting over the phone, zoom, or PREFERABLY in person - I have THE best tea in my studio! And if you sweet talk me, I might even pick up some cookies. ;) Once we have your OPTIMUM session planned out, I hook you up with the best style guide around. I encourage ALL my clients to keep consulting with me on outfit choices if you're unsure. I've got a few tips and tricks up my sleeve to share with you that makes family coordinating a breeze. After your session, I STILL don't leave you hanging...we meet again, and we go over the best images of your session together for you to choose what you'd like to purchase and decide what to do WITH them. I don't believe in images sitting on your computer (though if you need the "unlimited printing power" of purchasing the image alone, I do have digital packages available). Let's see that gorgeous artwork and smiling faces on those walls! When your artwork comes in, I QC it to make SURE it's perfect for you. Long story short...from start to finish, I eliminate 98% of the stress that people think are associated with photo sessions. It would be 100%, but I can NOT come to your house and make your kiddos just PUT THEIR SHOES ON ALREADY AND GET IN THE CAR. :D That's extra. ;)

Someone recently asked me...but Mindy...what do you SPECIALIZE in? And I used to say "sitters to seniors". I specialize in souls. Give me your giggles, your seriousness, your loving hugs, your child like belief in fairies and Santa Claus...THAT'S what I specialize in.

Spider-Man in training. Very serious business. 🕷️

During a family visit in Ohio, we squeezed in a little superhero training with my nephew, aka the cutest little hero EVER. Climbing, web-slinging, practicing those landings...and, of course, the upside-down kiss. Had to. ❤️

This is one of the many reasons I love little kids. They believe with their whole hearts that a costume gives them superpowers and there’s a whole city counting on them just beyond the monkey bars.

The city can rest easy. We’ve got a guy. And his aunt is only slightly biased. 😎

Sandy Claus has officially hung up his flip-flops for the season, which means it’s time to trade sand for a little Christmas magic. ❤️

These aren’t sit-on-Santa’s-lap, smile-and-leave sessions. The kids get time to play, explore, laugh, make a little mischief and experience some actual Christmas magic with Santa. I just happen to be there capturing all of it. ❤️
