When you're photographing a listing, remember that the kitchen is a top priority for buyers. To market it effectively, you can't just rely on the wide shots!

Pay special attention to small details. Especially the sinks:

📸 Let's talk about the magic of twilight and night shots—they truly set a listing apart! 📸

🌅 Twilight Shots: It's a race against the clock! You only have minutes before the sun dips below the horizon to capture those dazzling sky colors. Although it's a rush, these shots are SO important and dramatically increase a property's appeal.

🌃 Night Shots: You have more time for these, but a tripod is essential! You’ll need to slow the camera's shutter speed way down to capture the ambient light and brighten the photo. For luxury listings especially, night photos are key to showcasing the home's impressive outdoor lighting and how beautifully it illuminates in the darkness. It makes the house look truly stunning!

These dramatic exterior photos are a great way to elevate your listings, and make them unforgettable! 😍

I don’t know about you, but I love trees— not only do we need them (for obvious reasons 🌳), but they add so much beauty, character and ! However, they can sometimes get in the way of a perfect shot. The key isn't to fight the landscape, but to work with it.

That's why shooting from multiple angles is so important! 🙌🏻💡 One photo might be partially blocked by a tree, but your next shot from a different perspective will reveal those hidden features. Capture the entire story of the home by showing it from every side. 📖🏡
