✨ The Power of Kitchen Details ✨

When you're photographing a listing, remember that the kitchen is a top priority for buyers. To market it effectively, you can't just rely on the wide shots!

Pay special attention to small details. Especially the sinks:

-Got a scenic window view? Get that detail shot. 🪟

-Is it a unique, copper, or farmhouse style? Show it off! 🚰

-If the home boasts multiple prep/utility sinks (even three!), capture each one. 📸

These small details add significant value and draw a buyer's eye to the quality and features of the home. ✨

📸 Let's talk about the magic of twilight and night shots—they truly set a listing apart! 📸

🌅 Twilight Shots: It's a race against the clock! You only have minutes before the sun dips below the horizon to capture those dazzling sky colors. Although it's a rush, these shots are SO important and dramatically increase a property's appeal.

🌃 Night Shots: You have more time for these, but a tripod is essential! You’ll need to slow the camera's shutter speed way down to capture the ambient light and brighten the photo. For luxury listings especially, night photos are key to showcasing the home's impressive outdoor lighting and how beautifully it illuminates in the darkness. It makes the house look truly stunning!

These dramatic exterior photos are a great way to elevate your listings, and make them unforgettable! 😍

If a home boasts creative or unique wallpaper, don't let those details get lost in the wide shots! Wallpaper is a major design choice and a huge selling feature for the right buyer.

Make sure to grab a few detail shots—even if it's just in a hallway. Highlighting that curated texture or pattern will add personality to the listing and showcase the homeowner's style. ✨🏡

The kitchen is often called the heart of the home for a reason; it's usually the first room buyers want to see! While wide-angle shots are essential, they aren't enough to capture the full story. ✨

To truly sell the space, you need detail shots! Look for the unique elements: the hardware, a textured backsplash, or the interior of a pantry. Don't be afraid to hunt for those selling points (with homeowner approval, of course!). Getting creative with close-ups will elevate your listing and help buyers fall in love with the home. 🏡

When shooting a custom built home, your goal is to showcase the unique details that justify the price tag! A stunning master bathroom is a perfect place to start. 💎

Take this shower, for example: the floor-to-ceiling tile, the stylish penny tile, the built-in shelf, and the natural light streaming through the window—these are all high-value selling points. Don't let them get lost in a wide shot! Be sure to capture multiple detail shots of the shower by itself to highlight the quality and luxurious design. 📸

The kitchen is the heart of the home, and little details can make a huge impact. Under-cabinet lighting is a prime example! ✨ It's more than just a light source—it creates a warm glow and highlights the countertops, adding a touch of luxury and functionality.

When you're photographing, be sure to capture detail shots of this feature. Don't just show the light; show the effect it has on the space. A close-up of the light illuminating the backsplash or a styled countertop can make a huge difference in telling the story of the home. 🏡

I don’t know about you, but I love trees— not only do we need them (for obvious reasons 🌳), but they add so much beauty, character and ! However, they can sometimes get in the way of a perfect shot. The key isn't to fight the landscape, but to work with it.

That's why shooting from multiple angles is so important! 🙌🏻💡 One photo might be partially blocked by a tree, but your next shot from a different perspective will reveal those hidden features. Capture the entire story of the home by showing it from every side. 📖🏡
