WaveMasters-King of the Hill Surf Fest pre-contest kickoff party last night at Neptune Baptist Church featured a lifetime achievement award for Sean Mattison and Q&A with other champion pro surfers, Justin Quintal and Jason Motes. This is the type of support and fellowship that has helped the Northeast Florida surfing community to achieve success on the world surfing stage. Contest starts Saturday 10/4 at 8am at the Jacksonville Beach Pier!

A Sea to Himself... Lone surfer picking off uncontested wave after wave on the north side of the Jacksonville Beach Pier in Northeast Florida this morning in remnants of the two dueling hurricanes offshore this week.
