My family always said that they had no need for a camera because "Tiffany will have hers" and counted on me to capture all the fun things our family did. I didn't mind because it has always been something I love doing! Ironically, I never thought about being a photographer. My husband (fiance at the time) recognized my passion and bought me a DSLR camera as one of my wedding gifts. A few months af
ter that, my brother and his wife had a baby and asked me to do several shoots. I posted my photos online, which led to others asking me to take photos of their families. I have grown a lot since then and have enjoyed the challenging journey. My husband and family are my biggest cheerleaders! A little about me personally...
In March 2012, I got married to the love of my life and the absolute perfect man for me - Ryan Vickery! We live in Jacksonville and enjoy traveling, sports, music, and many other adventures together. I graduated from the University of Florida in May 2007 and was working full-time for the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association as the Executive Administrator through early 2015. I cut back to part-time work there to pursue other activities, including photography and opportunities at my church. I can't write an "About Me" section without mentioning the most important decision I made in my life. As an 11 year old, I realized that I was a sinner in need of a Savior. I understood that heaven is a perfect place where sin cannot exist. I heard that Jesus came over 2,000 years ago to take the punishment for my sin, and through Him, I can have my sins forgiven and go to heaven when I die. I put my trust in Him as Savior and accepted this free gift. Now, I know that when God looks at me, He no longer sees my sin but instead sees the righteousness of Jesus Christ! About my photography...
I have had the opportunity to shoot a variety of subjects, but I think my favorite thing to shoot is babies around the age of one! Although I'm very detailed, organized, and a bit OCD (if I'm going to be honest), I've surprised myself by my photography style. I still incorporate all these characteristics into capturing the moment, but my favorite thing to do is sit back, watch a scene, and capture it as it unfolds! I'm learning that the best pictures come from going with the flow. It is in these moments that you get a glimpse of true emotion, and that is what I find beautiful. In the past, I have shot a variety of different types of photography, such as weddings, parties, events, head shots, family portraits, and children's portraits. I have since decided to narrow my focus to that of family and children's portraits, and I also do videography (in partnership with K2 Media). Make your special moments last a lifetime!
