When I went up in October, we had one evening where the weather wasn’t rainy. Of course, this was the same evening that all of the local high school’s had their Semi-Formals.

Even though there were hundreds of other people, we still created a bubble for G + M to be themselves.

I heard message about dogs and it had me thinking about all of the incredible dogs I have had the privilege to photograph.

From dogs walking down the aisle on a wedding day to the sweet pups at the shelters. I’ve had the honor of taking the first portraits of pups to taking their last photos with their humans.

When I decided to purchase my first camera, I told myself that if dedicated time to learning the art of photography, that I would have to find ways to volunteer my services.

Shortly after, I stumbled upon , a nonprofit that connects photographers with dog parents that are in the process of saying goodbye to their furbaby.

Here’s my annual reminder that I waive my session fee for EOL sessions {travel fees may apply outside of Jacksonville}. Please do not hesitate to reach out if your pup is soon to cross over the rainbow bridge.
