ENT Specialists of North Florida contacted me during the launch of a new, updated location and a refresh of their website and Google Business Profile.
The project had two primary goals.
First, create video content for each provider that could help patients become more familiar with the people behind their care. Each provider recorded a brief introduction and background video, along with a second video focused on a specific treatment or service.
Second, create a flexible photography library for the providers and nursing staff.
We captured professional headshots and full-body portraits that could be used individually or within a modular team composite. This gave the practice the flexibility to add new providers or remove team members later without needing to recreate the entire group image.
The photos were prepared for use across the website, marketing materials, and social media.
The provider videos also became part of the patient experience inside the practice.
They were placed into a continuous loop for the in-office televisions, giving waiting patients an opportunity to learn more about the providers and available services.
For me, this is a good example of why I like to plan content around how it will actually be used.
One production project can serve the website, Google presence, marketing, social media, patient education, and future growth when the assets are planned with flexibility from the beginning.
