When the rain subsides this evening, and the clouds clear just in time for us to enjoy a beautiful sound bath on the beach, we will gather on the sand for a donation based sound bath. Bring a blanket or a chair, everyone is welcome and yes, it smells fishy on the beach this week. Nature is naturing and it’s a blessing to be able to experience it.

The ocean is calling, the bowls are ready, and I’m crossing all my fingers and toes that Mother Nature is on our side this month. 🌊☀️

After a few weather related cancellations, I’m feeling extra hopeful for clear skies, salty breezes, and beautiful evenings together by the sea. Please be sure to check in before each event for any weather updates, as beach gatherings are always at the mercy of the elements.

There is something so special about sinking your toes into the sand, listening to the waves roll in, and allowing yourself a little space to simply be. These gatherings are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself beneath the open sky.

I can’t wait to share these sunsets, sounds, and moments of peace with you. May the weather be kind, the skies stay clear, and the beach magic flow all month long. 🌙✨

Due to the strong winds, tonight’s sound bath is being postponed. Instead of a rain check, we’re taking a wind check!
