It is after much thought that I have decided to close my photography business effective November 19, 2021. I will still take school pictures for Jacob’s Ladder as long as I am wanted to do them there but just as a JL employee and not as a business. I am a little sad over this decision but it does not mean my love for photography will go away. I have tried to be a very honest business owner and the IRS and state and county taxes are costing me more than I find it’s worth. Small business owners are punished more than you know.

I have thought long and hard about this but I feel it is best to skip Christmas Mini Photo Sessions this year. With Covid lurking about and the studio being in my “at-risk” parents home, I feel it is in the best interest of everyone this year to skip the sessions. I will miss seeing my regular clients this year. May you have a blessed and safe Thanksgiving and Christmas.
