Finally made the investment. Meet my new Canon R6 Mark III.

I’ve been fortunate to shoot on an R6 through my full-time job for the last two years, but this is the first professional camera I’ve owned myself. It feels like a pretty special milestone after starting out with a Rebel T6i at 15 years old.

A huge shoutout to for helping me get set up. If you’re local and looking for camera gear, they’re the best.

I’ve had this account since 2016 and started the business side of Michelle Daschbach Photography in 2019, but I’ve never actually introduced myself on here or had branding photos done.

With a lot of exciting things planned this year, it felt like the right time to finally change that.

Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m a 24 year old photographer from Jackson, Mississippi. I specialize in fashion, lifestyle, and creative portraiture. I’m drawn to color, contrast, and creating work that feels a little different.
