I don’t know about you…

But I LOVE editing! I love seeing the transformation from the dull/flat RAW file (most of the time) to the stunning/bright edited photo.

Photography is truly such an art, and having a consistent portfolio is one of the most important aspects of growing your business.

It makes clients confident in you because they KNOW what they are getting. When clients know what they want and are 100% confidential that you’ll give it to them, they will WANT to invest in you.

Consistent imagery starts with light. You have to understand the sun, clouds, shadows, etc. before you can have a perfectly consistent portfolio.

And yes, you can have a consistent portfolio even when all your sessions/weddings have different lighting scenarios!

“Do you sell presets?!”

I get this dm at least 3-4 times a week, and I actually don’t sell presets 🙈

But please hear me out. You don’t NEED presets!

You NEED to understand lighting! You need to be able to see the sun (or lack thereof) and make the right decision immediately.

To create images like mine (and other lovely photographers similar to my style), it’s all about how you use light. Editing is only secondary!

I want to help you create those beautifully sharp, bright, and colorful images you’re craving WITHOUT relying on presets🫶🏼

I remember feeling so frustrated as I learned photography, and I couldn’t figure out WHY. Well, it’s because I had no idea how to use the light I was given in any scenario. I always waited and prayed for the perfect light instead of mastering it all!

Your wedding day will be filled with so many moments. Some posed… but most candid. I want you to have those beautiful “smiling at the camera” photos that you can hang in your home, but it is crucial to have all the other authentic moments throughout the day captured as well.

Your wedding isn’t a photoshoot or a portfolio builder for your photographer. It’s one of the most important days of your life that deserves to be captured and preserved forever.. however the day unfolds!

All those moments on your wedding day are what tell your story, and it is the greatest honor to be the one capturing those moments🤍
