I keep coming back to this Ithaca wedding ♡it was truly something special.
Being invited to document this day was an absolute honor. The bride was one of my students during my very first year as an RA, & witnessing how much we’ve both grown since then was incredibly moving.
This day was the perfect example of why I love documentary-style photography - a heartfelt ceremony in their backyard, a quiet walk through town, & a celebration surrounded by the most wonderful people.
These are the moments that matter & I’m so grateful I got to capture them.

This was the couple that changed the way I capture wedding days.
To put it simply, capturing the moments. This couple had spent the months prior to their wedding tending to their yard & garden in preparation for their day. An intimate ceremony in the front yard transitioned into a walk through the Ithaca commons for the reception, which in turn ended with a night of celebration
