Granted, I horde every photo ever taken, but it is the photos that capture my favorite people in their very best light.....whether that be through laughter, that look that only they can give, their body language, who they become in the presence of their love, or maybe just the sheer beauty of who they are candidly. That is my aim always...to see the beauty {inside & out} in every individual and portray that through my photos. Thanks Mom, for always reminding me to discovery beauty in everything.

Iz & Carter, what a day. It rained all weekend and then was the most perfect blue bird day on your wedding date. My heart is still overflowing from how honored I was to capture this day. Izzy, you were one of my first senior photo shoots and now you’re a wife and stood last Sunday as the most radiant bride. I told your mama that my greatest challenge was holding back the waterworks so I could do my job. I will cherish this day always. Hi friends,
I feel like I’m both the same and yet brand new since having my daughter 2 years ago so I wanted to dedicate one of these little squares to that 💛

I still pose like an excited middle school cheerleader ( with bigger smile and laugh lines than most people twice my age, it’s ok I’ve learned to love them ❤️) anytime I’m posing alone even though I have a million non awkward ways to pose dear clients.

I still quote Napoleon Dynamite more than any 33 year old woman should 💁‍♀️

I still am obsessed with my dogs, head over heels for my husband and deeply rooted in my faith

I still am your friendly, overly enthusiastic photographer AND also I’m now a mom of a very SPUNKY two year old who took on farm life- 11 chickens, 7 goats and acres that we are pouring our hearts into daily.

You might see the occasional chicken grace my feed ( most likely Thelma, she loves the spotlight) but mostly I’m so excited to keep telling your beautiful stories and love on you in the process 💛

I’m a get right to the heart of it kind of gal. Life is too short for small talk. Here to shine a light on the beautiful souls I’m lucky enough to call clients and friends 💛💛💛

Counting down the days until I get to meet my niece and see Eli become the amazing big brother I know he will be 🥹 I love you so endlessly already sweet girl 💕The babies in this family just continue to expand my heart. When Lydi was little she was my go-to model for honing my photography skills…every time I whipped out my camera ( my now retired Canon Rebel T1i😜) determined to master a new aspect of this craft I was so hungry to understand, Lydi was ready not only with the brightest, most joy-filled, melt-your-heart smile but an arsenal of poses to match (scroll to end for early day’s of my photography and the cutest mini Lydi you’ve ever seen 🥹). My Story

My aim is much larger than a properly composed photo with good light and background. My aim is to capture moments that make the viewer feel something (hopefully lots of warm fuzzies) and in doing so facilitate a memorable experience for my clients. Nothing makes me happier than hearing a client say I was able to bring out their unique personality and it translates when looking at their images. I love my job because I am blessed to meet remarkable people everyday. There is nothing more beautiful than people being themselves and loving on one another. I’m pretty lucky to be able to capture that everyday
