you didn’t disappoint! What a weekend with . This event is unlike any other I’ve ever been too. The Vibez were high, and so was the inspiration. From the motivational talks on Friday night, heat of the 2400 sq foot sauna, to continually adding ice to keep the plunges freezing, I left feeling energized by a community that lifts others up, inspires, and walks the talk. Proud to be a part of this event!

36 hours in Nashville with High Rise Beverage. I haven’t been to Nashville since I was a kid. I received a large breadth of good times Nashville style. From pool party, to a bus ride down Broadway, to mixology .hotels, to blowing it out at .tropics. Man, I like Nashville.

🌎 Our Home. We must love our home as we love our selves. For we are one with Mother Earth. The water that flows through out our blood stream. With the likeness of the veins as though a river delta. The wind, though we can’t see it, we see what it does, how it feels, the great power it holds. The Breath is what gives life. The commune with Nature, the trees. It’s a life giving relationship. The light we create in each one of our cells, illuminating the world inside. The fire of of body, generating heat, power, even force. The electricity that fires through our nerves, mirroring the lighting across a summer sky. We must start with loving our selves. Every bit of us. When we can love our selves, we naturally take great care of our home. Our mother. For it’s the only one we’ve got. So let’s love her has she deserves.
