I met and became friends with Dan roughly 13 years ago, in college. It made me happy once he and Catherine asked me to photograph their wedding next year. When i asked if they were looking around, they quickly responded, "No. We knew we wanted you to be the photographer."

Their affection towards each other during this session was genuine. But also, they let their goofiness come out.
Can't wait for your wedding day!

Back when my good friend asked me to be a groomsman, he mentioned he wasn't going to have a photographer for the reception. He asked me if I can take a handful of pictures... I was more than happy to create some portraits with them!⁠

Sidenote: It was cloudy and gloomy. But we made it work.
