I think this photo may be my favorite from the Glover wedding I was so lucky to capture.
This photo is unposed but the love between these two just radiates. Sometimes it’s not about a pose, it’s not about looking picture perfect (although they do!), it’s about the raw emotion expressed. My favorite part of being a photographer is to be able to deliver photos just like this one.

I missed all of you at Tri-State Equestrian Connection show today! I was supposed to be there tonight. I will be at the show on October 24th.
I lost my sweet dog of 12 years on Thursday and I needed to take some time to collect myself.

I guess we are getting to the point where I need a set of extra hands!

I am looking for a photographers assistant.

No photography experience is necessary. I’m looking for a pair of hands so someone who can help with the leg work on a shoot.

Equine experience is a MUST! You have to be comfortable around horses as 90% of my work involves equines.

Some things that may be asked of you:

- organize equipment
- helping pose if necessary
- holding reflectors or other gear
- keeping an eye on little details
- keeping my sanity in check because I’m an unorganized queen
- play horse noises on a device to get horses attention (probably the main job)

This is not a full time or even part time position. This will be on an as needed basis and evenings and weekends are almost always apart of the gig. Most of time it’s weekend evenings.

Long days at horse shows may be a possibility although most of the time I can navigate those on my own!

Pay will be discussed privately as it’s dependent based on what we’re doing. It’s honestly not a high paying job, but if you want an extra bit of cash it’ll help!

I’m looking for someone I can trust and be my right-hand at sessions. I need someone who is coachable and has attention to detail. I always promise we will have a BLAST, meet lots of horses, and I’m a pretty good boss that will treat you right!

Hilltop Wedding Venue was also so amazing and picturesque. A beautiful place to host a beautiful couple!

The photos are completely unedited. After purchase, I go back and edit photos then send them. I am happy to give you a watermarked preview of 1 photo before you purchase if you so choose. Lighting, straightness, and some distractions will be edited out.
