Happy to have donated a new original print to the Public Space One fundraising auction, "Orbital Songs." The show is currently on display at the PS1 Close House on S. Gilbert. There are about 90 pieces up for sale--a lot of great stuff to be had. You can also visit the auction online at www.publicspaceone.com/auction. PS1 does a lot of incredible work in our community and we need it more than ever.

We are going back to in person next weekend! The Eastside Artist Holiday Show and Sale begins at 10 AM on Friday. We will be controlling how many people can come in at any time. If you have been before you know it can get VERY crowded, so this is likely to mean there will be some waiting in line to get in, so we hope you will all be patient and understanding as we work to create as safe a space as possible. We are also requiring proof of vaccination or a recent negative test, as well as masks, so come prepared for that as well. We are taking safety very seriously, on behalf of our customers and our artists.

Hooray! The Eastside Artists Show and Sale returns December 3-5, 2021!
The Eastside Artists will return this year to a live show at the Masonic Building, 312 E College Street in downtown Iowa City. Show hours are 10:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 3, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, December 4 and 5.
The Eastside Artists are committed to the safety of our customers, and extra precautions will be observed this year due to Covid-19. Masks will be required at all times inside the Masonic Building and proof of vaccination against Covid-19 will be requested at the door. We will limit the number of customers admitted at one time, to facilitate social distancing. We value your safety and appreciate your patience if you are asked to wait.

The Milky Way is in its full glory right now. After 10 PM or so find a dark spot and look up. If you find a dark enough spot and let your eyes adjust for a while you should be able to see the core, captured here in a long exposure.
