Did ya miss me?

Because I sure missed you ALL! Between the end of the year craziness, wrapping up big projects, traveling for a month, and starting the second semester of my last year — life has been crazy. Unfortunately, things get put on the back burner when that happens, as most of you know, and posting to Bijou Bleu happened to get the boot.

But I am back and I wanted to catch up on everything that’s been happening in my life and with my business.

I recently started an official “big girl” job with McFarland Productions (woo hoo) that I am absolutely thrilled about. I can’t begin to explain the way The Lords hand was in all of it as He led me down this path.

That being said Bijou Bleu will still be my sweet little business! Although my time will not allow me to take on quite as much as I have in the past, I will still be offering photography, videography, and logo design services.

Each and every one of you have been so kind and supportive since the very beginning and for that I can’t say thank you enough. It’s bittersweet being able to look back on where I started and where I am at today, all with the help of the kind people I’m surround by and the love of God.

All that to say — I’m still here, still living my best life, and still so thankful for all of you! Expect me to finally post content from weddings and sessions I’ve been slacking on and some other new things happening around here.

Kayleigh & Rob | The Silos at Happy

I met Kayleigh almost a year ago when I reached out to take a sweet friend’s graduation photos at the Silos. Fast forward to now, and I had the honor of photographing that same friend’s wedding, during the very same week I took Rob and Kayleigh’s engagement photos. Talk about a full-circle moment.
