I’m being invited to capture two people on the most romantic, joyous day of their lives, and the experience is often just as emotional for me as it is for the couple. There’s something really amazing, a really unique energy, that happens in wedding photography, which is why I’m so happy to be doing this as my life’s art and work. My love for documentary stems from my history in music photography.

From ages 14 to 22, my photographic skills grew inside the media pits of concert venues. Those years taught me that the important moments we experience cannot be forced or staged. They have to happen naturally and grabbed at just the right second. My photos are artistic and in the documentary style, so couples can just live in the moment with one another and be photographed as they really are.
