As we move into the new year, there will be a few changes when booking with me going forward. I am tightening my business structure and professional practices to better serve everyone involved.
All future bookings will require a signed contract that clearly outlines expectations, deliverables, timelines, and usage. This is to ensure transparency, consistency, and protection for both parties, myself and the client.
Over the years, I have gone above and beyond more than I should have, often without standard practices being followed. While I genuinely value the people I work with, I have learned that clear boundaries and proper procedures are necessary for a healthy, sustainable business.
These updates are about clarity, professionalism, and respect on both sides.
