I need your help because I’m seriously considering doing a HOTEL BO***IR EVENT! 🔥

Before I book anything, I want to see if there’s enough interest AND which setup you ladies would rather have. 👀

I’m stuck between TWO options:

🖤 OPTION 1 — LUXURY SUITE
🛏️ Bedroom

I’m thinking sessions would be around $325, with professional hair & makeup available for an additional $100. 💄

My heart is SO full. 🥹🩷

This past week alone,
I’ve photographed 2 weddings, multiple family sessions, a senior, a BFF session, softball AND baseball… and tomorrow I get to capture an elopement! 💍📸

Busy doesn’t even begin to describe it, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Every session, every wedding, every referral, every share, every comment, and every person who chooses Photography by KJ means more to me than you know.
This is my full time job for my family, and it’s all thanks to you all!

There are SO many photographers you could choose from, and the fact that you continue to trust me with your memories is something I’ll never take for granted. 🥹

I’m tired & my camera has definitely been working overtime 😂,
my editing queue is FULL… but so is my heart. 🩷

Thank you for keeping this little dream of mine so incredibly busy.

I’d really love your thoughts on something. 🤍

This is a little different from my normal photography posts, but it’s something that has really been weighing on my mind lately.

As most of you know, I photograph children of ALL ages,
newborns, toddlers, families, seniors, sports, weddings and everything in between.

I have never posted an image of someone’s child without permission, and that will never change. As a photographer and a mom, protecting the people in front of my camera is incredibly important to me.

However, with how quickly AI is advancing and after reading about a recent court ruling involving AI-generated images and First Amendment protections,
I’ve found myself having a lot of mixed feelings about posting children publicly, even when I have permission.

Technology can do things with a simple photograph today that I don’t think most of us ever imagined when we first started sharing pictures online.

So I genuinely want to hear from my clients, especially my fellow parents:

How do YOU feel about photographers posting images of your children on their business/social media pages?

Are you completely comfortable with it when you’ve given permission?
Would you prefer certain ages not be posted?
Would you rather children’s images stay completely private?
Has AI changed the way you feel about sharing photos of your kids online?

There isn’t a right or wrong answer here, and I’m not posting this to scare anyone. I genuinely want an open conversation because I’m considering what my own policies should look like moving forward.

My clients trust me with some of the most important people in their lives, and I don’t take that trust lightly. 🤍
