One of the biggest regrets of my career was failing to get this shoot into a magazine. About 12 years ago Ryno Built set me up with his friend Freddy Sill for a photoshoot. Mr Sill had built this incredible little T. We’d hoped to get it into a magazine but it was too modern for the magazines that I was working with at the time and I couldn’t get my foot in the door at other magazines that it might fit into. Unfortunately before we ever found a home for the photos, Mr Sill passed away. So with no details, I can’t write a proper article, and the result is I failed him. Sorry Freddy.

So my buddy Cody Jacobson sent me a marketplace listing for a 58 Ford Wall Hanger. My dad needed a better bumper for his 58. I I made a deal, Dad buys the whole thing for half what a decent bumper would cost, I get the hanger and his old bumper. So this will be hanging at my house soon. We have old taillight lenses to install and I will have to swap that plate out.

On top is the Jim Boyd 63 Galaxie, painted by Larry Watson in the 60’s. It’s been reported to have a 53 Studebaker gravel pan under the front bumper. On bottom is a 53 Stude and that looks completely different to me. Can anyone identify the pan on the top photo & confirm what it is? Just curious, I kinda like the Stude one better.
