I am a super busy homeschool mom. I have been homeschooling since before it was cool, and wouldn't change a thing about it. I adore being able to watch my kids grow every single day. Even on the days I am screaming at them. (I'm also a pretty open book. Be warned. You get what
you see when you book with me) I have always loved taking pictures, and about 10 years ago decided to make a business out of it. It was great! I was booking sessions left and right, weddings, maternity, newborn, family, senior pics. You name it, I was doing it. Then my kids got older on me, got their own lives, but no license. The audacity. As most moms do... my hobby took a back seat for a moment. BUT IM BACK! I'm still super busy, but I now live on 6 acres with woods, a beautiful creek, beautiful sunsets and farm animals. I have to do at least SOME photography out here! So here it is! Each session is 45 minutes. I set a timer. I love taking pictures, but... I'm a busy woman. Each session is at my home is $125
I prefer to not travel, because well... I'm busy. But I will travel up to 20 minutes from my Fountaintown home for an extra fee. Gas isn't cheap these days, so think about it. (Have I mentioned I am an open book?)
I can take pictures at Southeastway Park if you prefer, but need to purchase a daily photography permit for $30. So your total will be $155 for a session. All payments are due in full before pictures are taken. I accept cash, and paypal. I cant take checks, because that involves running to the bank, and say it with me.... I'm a busy woman. (Laughing yet? If you homeschool, or are a mom of teens in general... you get it!)
All sessions are photographed near sunrise or sunset. My style of photography cant handle high sun light. I don't feel like I am giving you the quality of pictures you paid for in that lighting. I don't use props. Unless you provide them. I am a natural light/environment photographer. I LOVE candid photos. I strive to show the real you in all your pictures. Not posed like a stick figure family on the back of a minivan. I want to show the real you. I do Newborn photos but I DO NOT do posed newborn photos. Those are amazing, and I love them, but I am terrified to contort your adorable precious baby in any way! I do lifestyle family photos. You will receive all of the photos I take via a link through lightroom. I will edit 20-25 of them. Yes, you receive even the photos that I don't edit. Do with them what you want! You paid for them! Lastly, I am no longer advertising as a business. I am strictly taking pictures of friends and family, and then word of mouth. If you know someone that needs pictures, feel free to send them my way.
