Thinking about including your pup on your big day? Here are 3 must-know tips for making it stress-free (and super cute!):

Designate a dog handler – Choose a trusted friend or family member (who’s not in the wedding party) to be your pup’s plus-one. They’ll handle all the logistics so you can focus on “I do.”

Pack the treats! – Getting that perfect photo takes focus—and a little bribery never hurts. Snacks = smiles (and eye contact)!

Keep it short + sweet – Your dog doesn’t need to be there all day. Plan for 15–20 minutes of photo fun, then let them head home for a well-earned nap.

This winter weather has me missing the Florida sun 🌞 and reminiscing on a fall wedding near Clearwater. This is one day I’m sure I won’t forget! If you look closely enough, you’ll see the straight line rain coming down in some of the photos… Yup, that’s right, i went chasing the Florida sun just to be hit with a good ole Florida pop up shower! BUT even with a crunched timeline and a bit of hard rain, we were still able to make it happen!

Brides- all the planning in the world won’t control the weather so be sure you know your photographer can roll with the punches!

Pro Tip:

When searching for your perfect fit photographer, be sure to ask how they handle rain or ask to see a gallery from a ‘rainy’ day, especially if you’re planning an outdoor day!
