The muggy heat is back. I felt it hit me as I walked out the door. After having a well needed respite from it and almost forgot about it, today we have a heat advisory. 🥵 But the beach where everything is magical ✨️ a sunrise beach walk is that spoon full of sugar that helps the medicine go down. The brilliant red sunrise from Pine Knoll Shores was all I needed to make the day start out right. 🌅🤩

Good day of shelling at Fort Macon. I found a beautiful aquamarine piece of seaglass, several whelks, plenty of Olives and a few Scallops. I got there at sunrise and stayed until about 8:30. When I was at the jette, I met one of my followers in the wild. When I got done taking photos of the shells I told Jessica to take what she wanted of them. So, much fun finding shells to take pictures of them. Even more fun to see the smiles when I share them.

I love it when we get the reverse roygbiv rainbow burst of colors at sunrise. Minus the green though. Nevertheless, fanatical to say the least. This photo shoot lapses from, 6:07 - 6:51. With today's sunrise, 6:39. If you want to view the spatacular show for yourself get there 30 minutes ahead of time.

Most of the time the minutes before sunrise are when you have the brilliant colors fill the sky. Today, was spatacular. You'll want to come back for the still shots. We had a full rainbow of colors. Starting with purples to reds then, golds. This video recorded 10 minutes before sunrise has perfectly captured a tease of the remaining purple where the on going transition of reds to gold.

The full photo shoot post will be up by noon.
