And that’s a wrap on another year of weddings! What a year 2025 was. It actually blows my mind that we were in JAMAICA earlier this year! Where has the time gone?

From the hot Caribbean sunset to ending the year with the pink evening skies in Virginia… I couldn’t be more grateful to see the sun rise and set on days like these. High design, big, crazy, fast days… laidback small courthouse elopements, no fuss. Sunny days, rainy ones, everything in between.

It’s been a heck of a ride, 2025! Thank you for all you’ve taught me. I have so much gratitude for everyone who made these days what they were - clients and friendors alike.

Every year as small business owners we find ourselves putting an amount of trust into the future, hoping that we manage pull off a year better than the last. So far, the universe has rewarded me for that trust in abundance. And with an open heart to what’s to come, I’m pouring everything I have into what we do this year! Cheers to 2026 🥂📸

We couldn’t have dreamt of a more beautiful day for Lauren and Jeremy, yesterday at Stone Tower Winery with . Exactly what this sweet couple deserves 🥹✨

They spoke about seeing each other for their full unaltered selves, during their ceremony vows… This is that pure and kind love that inspires, truly. 💕 Many happy tears were shed! Then their family and friends danced beneath a sea of lights - the kind of night you wish you could bottle forever. 💫

Sarah & Aayush - A Catholic-Hindu fusion wedding day that DC will never forget. ✨

Their family and friends energized the entire capital, celebrating these two. Catholic wedding Mass in the morning, a welcome Baraat complete with confetti, then a beautiful Hindu ceremony at Woodrow Wilson Plaza. And finally… perhaps the highest energy reception I’ve ever seen at with the most BANGIN’ fusion DJ setlist I’ve heard!

Picking out sneaks to share truly put my curation skills to the test, because this day overflowed with gems. Thrilled to have been part of this celebration for one of the coolest couples out there, and I can’t wait to share more! Cheers to the Patels 🥂🩷

A quiet morning with just the two of them, flipping pages (Kindle ones) and knitting as rain fell outside. A Bruce Springsteen ceremony reading by the bride’s sister. A delicate lace veil knit by Pearl herself, stitch by stitch… and The Far Side Gallery 3 as a guest book. You gotta see that one 🤭 Pure souls who swayed together every chance they got yesterday. The kind of wedding that tells me I’m in just the right place. 💕

Katie & CJ’s wedding day was a celebration full of big family love and stunning style. You could feel the magnetism of these two pull everyone in that came to celebrate. From their classic church ceremony to a rooftop cocktail hour overlooking the harbor, every moment felt elevated and filled to the brim with joy!

Vibrant florals and personalized crest details adorned the Four Seasons ballroom and wowed their guests from moment they walked in. CJ even jumped behind the drums with the band and absolutely crushed it! The dance floor was electric, vibes were high all night.

2024, you were something special. ✨ 12 weddings, 6 engagement sessions, 3 proposals, 14 portrait sessions (families, maternity, branding, boudoir… do we want to see more portrait content?), 4 intimate weddings, 3 editorials, and 2 beautiful events later… my heart (and hard drives!) are full. 💕

Yes, I know, we’re nine days into 2025 now (fashionably late is a vibe, right?), but I couldn’t let this milestone go uncelebrated. Each of these numbers represents a story, a laugh, a connection, and these are all moments that I’ll never forget.
