time again, I saw brides show up exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves, even after months of careful planning. That experience sparked a deeper passion in me: helping women prepare for their wedding day in a way that honors them, not just the timeline, the details, or the expectations. Today, I guide brides and single women to focus on becoming the healthiest, most grounded version of themselves before stepping into marriage. I believe that showing up to the altar emotionally regulated, mentally clear, and physically nourished is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself — and one of the most powerful foundations she can bring into her marriage. Literally my favorite section at thrift stores is the Frames and Mirrors🙂‍↕️ there are so many good frames up for grabs ✨👏🏻 buying them brand new is EXPENSIVE 😵‍💫 (especially after paying for a photo session and printing) sometimes all the frames need is a cleaning and some shiny paint to look brand new 👌🏼
