That experience sparked a deeper passion in me: helping women prepare for their wedding day in a way that honors them, not just the timeline, the details, or the expectations. Today, I guide brides and single women to focus on becoming the healthiest, most grounded version of themselves before stepping into marriage. I believe that showing up to the altar emotionally regulated, mentally clear, and physically nourished is one of the greatest gifts a woman can give herself — and one of the most powerful foundations she can bring into her marriage.
