These two had me cracking up the entire photoshoot. I am always humbled when I am able to meet new people and capture precious moments for them.
Their parents are going to have sooooo much fun with these two. That I am sure of!! Natalie Tatum, they are just adorable!! I thoroughly enjoyed watching their hilarious personalities. What blessings they are💙

There is so much expected out of photographers today. Of course, there should always be value in your work. But it is an impossible task to get every single shot, perfectly.

It would be fantastic if every shot was a perfect "straight out of camera shot". But I am not perfect, nor is timing.
For example, my favorite shot of the entire photoshoot (see below) was after we were all done, putting things away.. hence, my camera not set accurately for the moment. But instead of thinking and fidgeting, I just reacted. And I am so glad I did because look at what I would have missed!

It does not have to be perfect. It is YOUR vision of that precious time in their life that they are wanting. Don't hold back just because it is not perfect to your standards. I promise 10/10 that momma wants that picture regardless of your insecurities.

Stop doubting yourself!!

One positive thing I can say about 2020, I have found my worth. I am so excited for 2021 and all the changes it will bring.
Here is one of the last mini sessions I will ever do. Lavenders Blue has big changes coming and i am so excited.
But for now I will leave you with these gems and express just how grateful i am for this life long friend and her precious family. I cannot wait to watch these babies, as they grow. They are so special.❤
