Happy New Year! 🎊 PSA for 2026: This year prioritize being in the photos!! I would love to be the one who gets to capture the love, but even if it’s using your phone or hiring another photographer, please be in the photos. Sadly, this past month my dad passed and I was trying to find every photo I had with him. I wish I had more. So take the photos, get in the photos! I would love to help you capture everyone together this year. 🫶 dm me to set something up!

What if the weather is less than great on the day of your session? The answer is it depends! If you booked a full session and you are the only session I have scheduled, it makes it a lot easier to reschedule. We will find another day to do the session if that’s what you prefer. If it’s a mini session, unless it is raining, we will probably push through because it’s harder to rebook several families. On this day it was cold and windy, and all my amazing clients did such a great job pushing through! Luckily, a mini session is only 15 minutes, so at least it’s a short time out in the cold!

Thanksgiving week is upon us and I am thankful for all my clients and supporters. However you choose to spend the holiday, I hope it is enjoyable. I am prioritizing spending time with my family this week, but will be posting some Black Friday deals soon (for this weekend only!).
