I was so thrilled when this family called me to photograph their family on their farm. They have a beautiful big family, but these are the kiddos still living at home. This family has been such a blessing to our family, and I am very grateful to have married into their friendship.

Gosh, I love photographing senior sessions, and Madie was no exception. Because of weather, her session was delayed, and we ended up at the Botanical Conservatory. But it turned out to be a happy accident, because Madie loves plants. She stunned amid all of the beauty of the greenery and colorful florals. She is heading off to study Forensic Science next year, which I think is such a cool field to enter! Best of luck as you finish out your senior year, Madie!

Happy Thursday!

I'm thrilled to share photos of a beautiful, sweet family today....my cousin's! I'm always amazed at the way my cousin and her husband communicate with their children and how kind and respectful their children are. On this October day, we had a crazy heat wave, so everyone was sweltering in the typical fall photo outfits like sweaters and jeans. They were real troopers, and you'd never guess the discomfort they had to go through when you look at their photos. I am so excited about how this session turned out!

I LOVE photographing seniors, and it was such a delight photographing Madie. She is a sweet, bright and beautiful girl who aspires to be a Forensic Scientist after graduation. I can't wait to share more from this gorgeous session!

This family is one of the first to ever take a chance on me and my photography business, for which I am forever grateful. They have grown with me as I learn and mature in my business and have remained loyal, which means the world to me. Several years ago, they started adding a mini session to theirs for Mendy's sister and her family. I have to say, they always bring the best colors into their outfits, the best connection, the most fun, the most laughs. I am so grateful to be a part of it and capture their families and the joy they share. Another year in the books for these beautiful families!

Talk about one of the sweetest families! I've been photographing them since their boys were little guys, but I've known Amanda since I was a kid. She has always been so sweet, and over the years has been so generous and supportive of our family. I'm so grateful for this beautiful family and the ways I learn to be a better person through their actions. We almost didn't fit their session in this year, and I would have been brokenhearted to miss out on this one because it turned out to be gorgeous.

This has got to be one of my favorite sessions. The connection and the light was 🤌 chef's kiss. I love that we took family photos, but also photos with grandma and some headshots, too! I'll miss my beautiful coworker friend as she moves on to her next adventure, but I'm so excited for her!
