Every year, I come up with a word as my mantra for the year. Last year it was “Don’t Quit.”

Life threw me a few hardballs, but I stayed in the race. This year, I commit to praying and continuing to have an intimate relationship with God, I'd love to get more involved in church, and walk in the assignment that He has for my life.

I've decided this is the year of ”intention.” Being intentional with spending time with the people who I hold dearly in my life, writing out my plans, and trusting God even in the difficult times. I'm also reminding myself to give myself grace and space to fall short and to get up and try again.
