New Caney ISD has changed its media access policy and, as a result, legitimate media organizations like CWP Media Group will no longer have access to cover athletic events in the same capacity we have in the past.
What does this mean for you?
It means athletes may no longer receive the level of exposure they have become accustomed to through established, verified media organizations and our extensive social media platforms.
For athletes working toward the next level, that exposure matters. Coaches, scouts, recruiters, families, and fans increasingly discover athletes and teams through digital media and social platforms. Professional action photography helps tell that story and showcase the hard work these athletes put in every day.
To our existing and longtime customers: thank you. It has been an absolute pleasure serving you and your families. One of the most rewarding parts of what we do has been watching these athletes grow from season to season and being there to document those moments.
To the booster clubs, athletic programs, and organizations we've had the opportunity to work with: thank you for trusting us and allowing us to support your programs. We have genuinely looked forward to being part of your seasons and helping your programs grow.
Unfortunately, due to the policy change, we will no longer be able to provide coverage in the way we have historically done.
For customers who currently have outstanding orders with CWP Media Group, those orders will be refunded.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone who has supported CWP Media Group throughout this journey.
