For those that think we don’t notice…trust, we do!
Here is a friendly PSA.
We as photographers and business owners work extremely hard to make sure we capture only the best photos of your kids and their achievements in and out of the ring. Photographers have thousands of dollars worth of equipment. We all have other photographers that help us out at shows that also get paid. We have travel expenses and other overhead cost just like other businesses owners do. We are on our feet for 10 to 14 hours a day and then we edit thousands of photos through the night to get them posted on our website. The fact that people screenshot our photos with our watermark still on them and decide to post them on social media is one thing. But now people are taking it even further and using AI to remove our watermark. At the end of the day this is our livelihood and we work our butts off to provide the best photos for all families. We take pride in our business and the photos we take. Being a livestock photographer takes skill and some serious attention to detail to make sure we capture the best shots of your kids and their projects. Just be respectful and courteous because at the end of the day, we put in a lot of time and effort just like you guys do to make sure you get to the backdrop.
Don’t be that person, “JUST BUY THE DAMN PHOTO”!
