I'm a Newborn and Maternity Photographer in Hudson, NY and happen to be a mom- which has made me passionate about helping other moms see themselves as strong, beautiful, and called to raise their babies and remember the blur of motherhood.

I blinked… and my oldest will be driving next year. How did that happen?

I can still feel him as a newborn—tiny, curled up on my chest. It felt slow back then… but it wasn’t. It’s so easy for it all to become a blur.

If you’re expecting your first (or in those early days), just know:
it goes so fast.

Newborn photos aren’t about perfection—they’re about holding onto what this season felt like before it fades into memory 🤍

Let me help you remember the blur.

Maternity • Newborn • Motherhood ✨

If you walk into a room and forget why you’re there…
If you reheat your coffee 3 times and still never drink it hot…
If you say “I’m leaving in 5 minutes” and then 30 minutes later you’re still standing there talking…
If your kids ask for a snack while they are literally eating a snack… 🙃
If you have 47 tabs open in your brain at all times…
If you clean the same kitchen counter 6 times a day like it’s your full-time job…but it’s still never clean…
If you can’t remember if you took your vitamins, so you take them again just in case 😅
If your Amazon driver knows your dog’s name, but you don’t remember what’s in the package,
If you are simultaneously exhausted and wildly in love with your life,
If you’re doing your best, even when your best looks like messy buns, chicken nuggets, and survival mode…
You are my people. 🤍

I was watching my daughter’s softball game when another mom’s little one came over and asked her for help going to the bathroom.
She laughed, stood up -again- and went with him.
And in that moment, it hit me—
that season of my life is gone.
My kids don’t need me for the little things anymore. The buttoning, bathroom trips, brushing teeth, bedtime snuggles—it’s all behind us now.

Part of me misses it. But honestly? I’m loving watching them grow into their own funny, strong, kind, independent people.
(And I don’t mind sleeping through the night again either 😉)
I’m still the snack packer, water bottle filler, teacher, taxi driver, and late-night listener—and that’s just fine with me.🤍
If you’re in the thick of it right now, tired and dreaming of easier days—
just remember, one day you’ll miss these, too. 🤍
✨So snuggle your babies and share this with a mama who needs this reminder too. ✨

Someone handed me a baby this week. 🤍
I was at a homeschool event when another mom—family in tow—walked up and handed me her baby.
“Can you take her for a minute?”
Before I could answer, she was in my arms.
And as I wrapped her up and laid her tiny chest on mine, it all came rushing back. ✨
The late-night feedings.
The rocking and pacing.
The snuggles.
That newborn smell.
The fuzzy hair and tiny fingers.
Do I miss when my babies were that little?
Absolutely.
Do I love where they are now?
A hundred times yes.
That’s the beautiful, bittersweet thing about motherhood—
We can miss what was
and still fully love what is.
We can hold both truths. 🤍
So if you’re in the thick of it, mama, pause for a second today.
Breathe it in.
You’re doing so, so well.

This week, the American Girl catalog showed up in the mail.
In years past, this was a big day for my daughter—she would examine every page, carefully circling her favorites, contemplating which doll she should put on her Christmas list. One year she even saved enough to buy one herself.
This year, I asked her if she wanted to look at it. “Should I keep it, or do you want me to throw it away?”
My breath caught in my chest while I waited for her response - even though I knew what it would be.
Without even glancing up, she said, “Uhhh…you can throw it away.”
“Are you sure?” I think I was asking for me, not her.
“Yeah, I’m good.”
And just like that, another little season of childhood slipped quietly into the next.
*deep breath *

Motherhood is like that…One moment we’re holding them on our chest for the very first time, breathing in that brand-new baby smell, and the next, we’re realizing they’ve outgrown something that once felt so important.
God gave us Moms the gift (and sometimes the ache) of feeling it all so deeply—the snuggles, the belly laughs, the long nights, and yes, even the goodbyes to old stages.
If you’re in or about to be in the newborn or baby season right now, friend, soak it up.
Savor the middle-of-the-night cuddles. Kiss their cheeks a hundred times. Let yourself be fully present, because these moments really do go faster than we ever expect.
And when you want something tangible to hold on to—something that will take you back to the way their tiny fingers curled around yours or the way their head fit perfectly on your shoulder—that’s what photographs are for.
They become the little time machines that transport us back to those days long after our babies are grown.
As for me, I’ll throw the catalog away tomorrow. Maybe. 🤍

I don’t usually post baseball pics… but my mama heart couldn’t keep these to myself. ⚾✨
Lately, life has been… a lot. (Like mushroom coffee in the AM, Latte in the afternoon- lot😅) Between sports, busy season with my camera, part-time teaching, and homeschooling… let’s just say my calendar needs a vacation.
So when it came time for this game—at the end of a long weekend of games—I told myself I’d just sit, watch, and leave my camera at home. But something in me said, “bring it anyway.”
And then—this sunset. 🤩
And THEN—my kiddo, who was just filling in, made a double play. (Youngest + smallest out there that day…) And yes, I got the photos. 🫶🏽
Here’s the thing, mama: the days are flying. The moments? Even faster. But when we pause—even just for a breath—we find the joy tucked into the everyday. We see the magic in the ordinary.✨✨✨
That’s what I do when I pick up my camera.
I find the magic in your everyday and give it back to you in photographs you’ll keep forever. 💛
So here’s your reminder: slow down, breathe it in, and let yourself see it.
The magic is right there. ✨
I call it love. 🤍

I’ve been doing this mom thing for a while now…
But there’s one part I’ll never get used to:
The abrupt ending that comes with every season-
The way they end without warning.
One day, you’re laying next to them at bedtime—and then they don’t ask anymore.
One Saturday, you’re all home, all day—and then they have jobs and sports that pull everyone in different directions, and you didn’t realize there was a “last” time you were all lounging around together.
One moment, they’re mispronouncing that word that melts you—and then they just stop.
You keep thinking you’ll see the ending coming.
You don’t.
It slips past in the everyday moments, the quiet transitions. And suddenly, you’re in a new season.
It’s not fair how it sneaks up like that.
But maybe the answer isn’t trying to hold on tighter.
Maybe it’s showing up fully—so when the season ends, you know you really lived it.
That’s what your session with me is about:
Not perfection. Not posing.
Just your real, raw, beautiful presence—with the little soul you love most. 🤍
Book your motherhood session today,
And let’s honor the now—before it’s the “last.”

There are moments in life that split time in two—the before and the after.

Motherhood is one of those sacred seasons.
Whether you’re waiting on your first or preparing your heart for your second, you already know: nothing stays the same.

It transforms how you see yourself.
How you move through the world.
How you dream about the future. ✨

If you’re the kind of mama who reads ingredient labels, values slow mornings, and wants to remember what this really felt like—not just how it looked—I’m your photographer.

Bring the dog. Show up with your tattoos, your baby belly, your wild heart. Wear what makes you feel like you.

Let’s make honest, beautiful images that reflect your strength, your softness, and everything sacred about this becoming.

✨ Now booking summer + fall maternity sessions. Message me to claim your spot—this is a story worth saving.

Of all the things I imagined before becoming a mom, I never imagined the sweet, soul-deep connection my kids would have with each other. 🥹
My oldest is 14 now, and I still catch myself pausing just to watch the four of them together… heart so full I can hardly stand it.

When I come to your session, I’m not just looking to capture the way you love your babies—though that’s a given. I’m also watching for those quiet in-between moments: the glance between siblings, the giggle shared, the gentle hand hold.

Because your family, big or small, 1 child or 7—is unlike any other. And the love you share? It deserves to be remembered.
Let’s honor it. Let’s tell your story. 💛
