I usually make this re-introduction post closer to the start of the new year but somehow we’re already in March. 🤷🏼♀️
I’m Erin, a photographer based in Michigan. I offer sessions for families, newborns, high school seniors, college grads, milestones, engaged couples, small weddings & elopements, small events, andddd I am always up for something creative! I focus on connection, movement and trying to evoke real emotion during my sessions.
A little more about me:
+ I am an online art teacher full time and I’m currently in my 11th year teaching at the same school.
+ I really thrive when there is sunshine in the forecast.
+ I really enjoy drinking my morning coffee outside on my front porch when it’s warm out. Hoping to make it more of a routine. I also want to make my porch more cozy and fun this season.
+ I am a sensitive soul. I will gladly acknowledge that I am sensitive and prefer gentleness to roughness. Thankfully, I don’t see my sensitivity as a negative anymore.
+ My hair will probably always look crazy. 😅 random curls falling and a tall messy bun are my signature. Since I had my kids and have 0 extra time, I gave up trying to tame it and teach it new tricks.
+ I really love art. All of it. Even the type of art most people find ‘weird’ or ‘ugly’. I appreciate any and all art because I know the time, courage and vulnerability it takes to create and share.
+ I will always acknowledge a beautiful sunset.
