Spring light and flowers at Rice

I’ve been testing these Ombraz armless sunglasses they sent me and they’ve become my favorite pair for outdoor activities

Super lightweight and they don’t slide around when moving with the camera or exercising

Rice University - one of the best places for portraits this time of year. As a Rice art graduate, I know a few more unique photo spots on campus than the standard arches.

Backyard babyshower for one of my favorite clients. This family likes to construct a backdrop at their events so they can do step & repeat photos. In regards to making sure everyone gets a photo, this process makes my job a little easier.

However, when I was booked for this job I had a feeling it was time to invest in an external flash stand, and I was right. The sun setting behind their backdrop would’ve drowned everyone in shadows and resulted in flat portraits. The result was more POP, separation of subject to background, DRAMA, and making everyone in front of my camera feel like a movie star.
