Throwback to Abbas & Seher’s wedding reception at The Westin Galleria in early August! 🤍 Still obsessed with how the decor transformed the ballroom into a safari-inspired garden! 🌿 And all the heartfelt speeches throughout the night really showed just how loved these two are by their family and friends. 🥹 Congratulations again to the newlyweds!

Another topic that’s been coming up during my calls with brides and grooms lately — do you actually need two photographers on your wedding day? 📸

The short answer is, not necessarily! One photographer can absolutely capture your wedding day beautifully, but depending on your timeline, guest count, locations, and what moments matter most to you, having a second photographer can make a big difference.

I put together a few things to consider when deciding between one or two photographers. Hopefully this helps if you’re currently planning your wedding and trying to figure out what coverage makes the most sense for y’all!

To the moon and back!! 🌙💍

Santiago and Gaby got engaged back in late August, and it was so special to be part of it!

Santiago teamed up with Gaby’s close friends to plan the surprise. The excuse? One of her friends had recently gotten engaged and wanted to take bridal photos at the garden, so she asked all the girls to get dressed up and come along! Little did Gaby know, she was actually showing up to her own proposal. 🥹

After she said YES, we spent the rest of the evening taking celebratory photos around the garden until closing time!

SHE SAID YES!!! đź’Ť Throwback to this beautiful proposal from Sanjay to Breeanna back in July at Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens.

Going into the day, there was a chance of rain, but Sanjay was set on his plan — rain or shine, he was asking her to marry him no matter what. We got so lucky that the rain stopped just long enough for him to pop the question, and afterward we pretty much had the entire garden to ourselves since the weather kept everyone else away.

A few clear umbrellas, an empty garden, and two people in love — this is what you get. 🤌🏼 Congratulations again, Sanjay + Breeanna!!!
