I had the pleasure of photographing the Bellaire Family Eye Care team for their website, capturing both their professional side and the wonderful people who make the practice special.

And it was such a joy to bring everyone together in front of the camera. There’s something special about capturing the energy and connection of a great team. I loved their practice and their frames collection so much that I made them my optometrists! So, if your eyes need a little care, you know where to go!

A simple recommendation, means a lot to me, especially when another photographer sends her family. Big shoutout to .co for sending her cousin, Kardaryl, my way to help him launch another business 🙌

Grateful for the trust and the opportunity to help him bring his story and personality to life through his personal branding shoot. There was something about editing Monica’s video that really moved me. ❤️

Monica is a cancer survivor and a true warrior. She has walked through challenges that could have broken her, yet she continues to show up with courage, joy, and grace.

Being in front of the camera wasn’t something she was used to. At first, there was a little hesitation, but as the session went on, I watched her confidence grow. She became more comfortable, more relaxed, and no longer let the camera intimidate her. That beautiful smile said it all.

Monica reminds us that our stories deserve to be documented, especially the chapters we fought hard to get through.

Because these photographs will one day tell her, “Look how far you’ve come.” Thank you, Monica!✨

Sarah participated in the 2026 Freedom to Thrive Project, and her mother, Roxy, came to support her. Somewhere along the way, they decided, “We need mother-daughter portraits!” And I’m so glad they did.

As they say, like mother, like daughter! I’ve photographed Sarah twice before, but when I met with Roxy for her style consultation, I immediately thought, “Ohhh, so THIS is where Sarah gets it from!” 😂

Roxy is an absolute delight who spends her retirement years volunteering and fiercely advocating for marginalized communities. We love to see it!

For their session, we blended their individual styles while celebrating the things they share, including their love of yoga. And here’s the sweetest part: Sarah was the yoga instructor who first introduced her mom to the practice. ❤️

That’s why portraits like these matter. They preserve more than what you looked like in this season. They preserve the love, connection, and pieces of your story that belong to you both.
