We say “farewell and thank you” to one of the great ones. Jane Goodall truly dedicated her life to the understanding and protection of wildlife. She was a keen scientist and brave champion who taught the world so much. I was fortunate enough to get to meet her and witness the grace and passion as she strove to teach and preserve. Dr. Goodall exemplified such strength, courage, intelligence and dedication. We all owe her tremendous gratitude.

A prime requirement of a proper safari is finding a good spot for a picnic. At Thornton Safaris, we take this very seriously and do hours and hours of scouting to find a lovely spot to have tea with friends.

Recently I had the honor of working with the experts of the Caldwell Zoo regarding their excellent work in cheetah conservation. These two darlings are the precious results of conservation in action.
