It starts before the baby arrives.
Hands on a growing belly. Quiet anticipation. Love already taking shape.
Then suddenly they’re here. Tiny feet, soft lips, hands that fit perfectly where they belong. A mother holding her baby like she’s known them forever, and a family gently making room for one more heart.
These details fade so quickly.

Is there a perfect number of kids? I always thought it was four. My husband swore it was two. And somehow we ended up with three — the number I said I’d never do after growing up in a family of three where it sometimes felt like someone was always the odd one out.

Then this sweet family walked in with five… and honestly, five might be my new favorite. Each kid knew exactly how loved they were. No one competing, no one fighting for attention — just a group of siblings who have already learned how to share mom and dad so well. So much love and so much excitement for this new little life.

I loved watching all their little bonds — the gentle touches, the soft kisses, the way they loved on each other without even thinking about it. Big families really do have a different kind of magic.

So now I’m curious… how many kids feels like the “perfect” number to you?

Still smiling over this sweet newborn session 🤍
Big brother was so proud—gentle hands, tiny kisses, and a whole lot of giggles in between. These are the moments I love most… the real, honest ones that feel like home.

Newborn sessions with siblings are a little wild, a little unpredictable—and completely perfect. It’s not about getting everyone to sit still, it’s about capturing the love that’s already there.

If you’re in the thick of those beautifully messy early days (or soon will be), now’s the time to plan ahead—newborn spots book up 2–4 months in advance. Let’s make sure you’re ready when your little one arrives. 💕
