I’d be lying if I said I didn’t hold back tears throughout this session 🥹

I’ve had the absolute privilege of capturing this sweet family since before Mr. Beckett was even here & now I get to watch him step into his newest (+ maybe sweetest) role yet.

These might be some of my favorite sessions yet. 😍

Something so simple about hanging out on the top of a parking garage turned into so much fun, movement, play & a little bit of magic.

No fancy setup. Just good light, your people & letting the kids be kids - and I LOVE what we created.

From photographing Lucia’s newborn session in my little home studio to celebrating her FIRST birthday in the studio I have now. 🤍

Thinking back, my home studio worked SO well for me at the time & I loved so much about it, but it’s crazy to look back & see how much has changed. I have so many clients who still talk about sessions in my first little basement studio & even more who have stuck with me through every version of this business.

I’ll never stop being grateful that you continue to choose me to capture your families & all these little milestones along the way!

HOORAY - the kids are officially BACK TO SCHOOL! 🎉📚☕️
And before our oldest sees this on Instagram & thinks I’m celebrating getting rid of them 😂… I love summer with my kids, but trying to squeeze work in between pool days, vacations & all the summer fun is NOT for the weak.

Case in point: I’ve had 22 sessions since I got back from the Summit and haven’t posted A SINGLE ONE. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

So today I’m celebrating ROUTINE 🙌🏻 After a weekend full of inquiries, I’m catching up on emails + editing galleries while sipping my coffee in a completely quiet house. GLORIOUS.
Hopefully back-to-school season also means I’ll get back on track with actually sharing all the beautiful people I’ve been photographing. 😂
