New hourly rate!! $34/hr on weekdays and $39/hr on weekends for July & August! (Max occupancy of 5 still applies or add’l fees to increase it).
Our warehouse is 100 years old. Despite our AC, it gets toasty between the hours of 12-6p during summertime. But our loft stays cool and will be included free of charge with all rentals! AND this discounted rate has no time restrictions nor membership requirements!! So book any timeframe you wish! Doesn’t have to be between 12-6!
The only thing I ask from y’all is to help support our studio. Either by renting it for your next shoot or even just spreading the word about it. Not enough people know of our studio! So tell your friends of our space! Tell everyone!
By staying booked, we can keep our prices low for all levels of productions among Houston’s creative community. We want to stick around… for you!

We’re open again!! Thank you everyone for your continued support. We took a big hit with the tornado damages having to cancel and process refunds. So we hope you can keep us in mind for your future shoots. Despite all our challenges, we’re still aiming to provide a creative space at an affordable rate for all ranges of productions 🙏 Also a huge thank you to my family who surprised me with the clean up while I was out of town 🥹 I’m counting my blessings daily and praying for others to be as blessed, if not more ❤️‍🔥

Our beloved Houston studio will be closed until further notice. Or neighborhood, Near Northside, was hit hard. Hopefully, all we’ll be needing is a good cleaning and some drying time.

In case you haven’t heard, the The Houston Rental Studio is relaunching as a creative studio partnership with Houston’s best studios and Houston Warehouse Studios is their first partner. Their goal is to bring the community together and elevate Houston’s Creative community through workshops, meetups, and curated referrals.

30% Discount!! That’s $32.9-$38 per hour for the studio AND loft for the hours between 12p-6p during the month of August. Weekend hours included!
Our studio is nearly 100 years old. It has little insulation above, no insulation on the walls and windows, and has many holes in its disintegrating structure. Despite our AC, when it’s 100 outside, inside won’t cool below 88. However, with the industrial fans and the nature of some photoshoots, this may not be so bad for some of you. So we’re allowing y’all to enjoy the studio at a discounted rate! In addition, access to our loft will be granted at no extra cost. The loft has its own AC unit and always stays cooler. It also features its own bed, restroom, and more props and cool walls to work with. If you haven’t checked out our loft, this is a great opportunity to do so! I shoot all my bo***ir portraits there and love it!
To take advantage of this deal, just book the studio as you would normally. The discounted rate won’t appear on the website upon request. But it’ll be reflected in your invoice before you pay.

In addition to providing 1,300sqft of space, our main studio also includes an array of furniture, props, and essentials including lighting, stands, extension chords, speaker, dollies, etc.

We have a SECOND set of holiday props at the main studio! Included with your rental from October to December. The red couch and mini trees remain at the studio so this will give your clients even more options!
